Mt. Brunswick is located along the Howe Sound Crest Trail. It is most easily accessed from Lions Bay. This is an advanced hike that requires a considerable amount of experience hiking and a certain level of fitness capability to complete. The end result gives breath taking 360 degree views, including one of the best views of the famous Howe Sound.

Elevation Gain: 1550 Meters
1) Plug: 50 Sunset Dr, Lions Bay, British Columbia into your GPS. This the closest house to the the trail head. At the end of this cul de sac is the trail head. There are some parking spots right in the cul de sac but expect them to be full. You will most likely have to find parking somewhere else in the neighbourhood. Make sure that you don’t park in ‘residents only’ area’s. You will most likely have to park at least 1-2KM away from the trail head. You can also reach Mount Harvey and The Lions from this trail head.
*This trail is not very well marked so make sure you are experienced and well prepared.

1: Ten Essentials: Headlamp, Compass, Whistle, First Aid Supplies, Fire Starter, Emergency Blanket & Knife.
2: Required Clothing: Hiking backpack, Hiking boots, warm clothing (sweat resistant), gloves, toque, waterproof jacket.
3: Assorted Personal Items: Any medication your require, Extra Dry Clothing, Cell Phone, Sunscreen, Bug Repellent, Trekking Poles, Hand Sanitizer, Camera, Binoculars.
